Ingredients
1 lb ground beef1 package (32 oz) frozen Tater Tots
¾ cup Sour Cream (light)
1 ½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
⅓ cup vegetable broth
1 green onion (leek), diced
1 garlic, minced
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp "Provence Herbs" mix (or any season to taste)
Salt and pepper to taste
