KETO MEATBALL SOUP RECIPE
Ingredients
Meatballs:
2 Lb. Ground Beef2 Handfuls Fresh Spinach
1 Small Onion
3 Cloves Garlic
3/4 tsp. Sea Salt
1/4 tsp. Ground Pepper
2 tsp. Italian Seasonings
2 Tbsp. Parsley
Soup:
1 Tbsp. Coconut Oil or oil of choice1 Small Onion diced
2 Cloves Garlic minced
1 Medium Carrot Peeled and Diced
1 Stalk of Celery Chopped
2 tsp. Dried Basil
1 tsp. Oregano
3/4 tsp. Thyme
1 32 oz. Can of Diced Tomatoes
3 Tbsp. Tomato Paste
1 Bay Leaf
32- oz. Low Sodium Beef or Chicken Broth
1 Medium Zucchini - Chopped into Halves or Quarters
1 tsp. Balsamic Vinegar
Salt to taste (at least 1/2 tsp.)
Pepper to taste (at least 1/4 tsp.)
